PEARISBURG, Va., Dec. 21.— P. M. Johnson, owner of the Pearisburg Virginian weekly newspaper for the past 45 years, has sold it to C. J. Taylor, connected with an auto sales firm, and M. M. Lucas, supervisor of the New River tannery.
