Mr. W. M. Woolwine, a brother to Mrs. Isaac Peirce, of this place, died at an early hour on last Thursday morning at his home in Nashville, Tenn, at the age of sixty-three years. Mr. Woolwine had been in failing health for some years past, and his death was not unexpected. He was a native of Pearisburg, Va., where his boyhood days were spent, and was well known throughout Giles county, as well as to a number of people in Tazewell, His remains were interred Friday in Nashville beside those of his wife who preceded him to the great beyond about one year ago.
