List of Graves in Point of Rocks Cemetery.
This cemetery is beautifully laid out, and well cared for. The graves are arranged in concentric circles. The following list was made out by the agents of the Commission from the head-boards.
Note:
Graves all neatly marked, and list complete. This was the cemetery for the base hospital of the Army of the James. Soldiers who died in their regimental camps during the winter, were brought here for burial.
