An act to amend section forty-six hundred and ninety five of the Revised Statutes of the United States
| Be in enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That from and after July sixteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two pensions granted to lieutenant-commanders in the Navy for disability, or on account of their death, shall be the same as theretofore provided for lieutenants-commanding.
